This custom-built hut is perched at the highest point in The Walled Garden of Hawarden Estate, with idyllic views across the working garden and the 18th Century Hawarden Castle beyond.

During your stay you’ll have the full run of The Walled Garden. There’s a spectacular outdoor kitchen, a Swedish wood-fired hot tub, a covered area with good chairs and a fire pit, a sauna, ancient fruit trees and endless space to relax.

As a guest at Beekeeper’s Hut, you’ll have access to a range of life-affirming experiences, including: abseiling from Hawarden Old Castle, foraging expeditions, private dining feasts, wood-fired sauna sessions and lots more. Plus easy access to your Walled Garden School masterclass, of course.

You may occasionally see one or two Estate gardener’s during your stay, tending to the vegetable beds and feeding the hens. At other times, Walled Garden School classes may be taking place during your stay.
