Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapy, and it is still common for daughters, mothers and grandmothers to sit and practice this ancient therapy in India today.
It’s a hugely popular treatment in Stephanie’s home clinic, and the great news is that it is relatively easy to learn the basics!
Due to our fast-paced lifestyles, many of us carry tension in our back, neck, shoulders and head. This can lead to: tension headaches, migraines, jaw clenching, back ache, eye strain, and even IBS type symptoms.
Throughout this workshop, Stephanie will show you some of the techniques she uses during Indian Head Massage to help improve:
Circulation.
Promote relaxation.
Lower blood pressure.
Release tension and toxins so that you can share this therapy at home with your loved ones.
What's more, we will also touch upon self-massage and some acupressure points for your self-care toolbox for when you’re feeling stressed.
Participants will need to bring:
A large bath towel.
A medium sized towel.
A small cloth.
Oils and other materials will be provided.
This workshop will be hosted within our brand new and beautiful Conservatory space.
