About Paul Ives (AKA Hampshire BBQ)
Paul is a UK ambassador for Big Green Egg and a chef who lives for cooking outdoors. You’ll usually find him in his BBQ shack, fine-tuning recipes, tending the flames, and serving up big, bold flavours to anyone who turns up hungry.
He hosts cooking classes across the UK, where he teaches people how to get the most out of their barbecues, showing just how versatile, robust and downright fun outdoor cooking can be. Paul keeps things relaxed, hands-on, and always centred around proper food cooked the right way... over fire.
