Timings
Each sauna session lasts for 50 minutes.
Please remember to bring
- Swimwear 
- A towel to sit on 
- Warm clothing for afterwards 
We recommend…
We recommend having a light snack before the sauna session. Using a sauna on a completely empty or full stomach is generally not recommended.
