Due to popular demand, we have now added a second swimming session on the 15th June.

This is a very special session suitable for beginners and seasoned cold water swimmers. Each session will offer you something new - whether you’ve done a session with us already, or if you’ve never tried cold-water swimming.

Come and experience the magic of the lake on Hawarden Estate, and feel the benefits of cold water therapy. You’ll be guided through the whole experience starting with a walk through the stunning Walled Garden to the lake, where you’ll learn tips and techniques from our Wild Swimming expert, Sheena. She will guide you through the experience, which includes breath work and mindfulness. 

Cold water therapy is known for lowering stress and blood pressure. It also boosts your circulation and detoxes your body, as well as giving you a clearer skin complexion. It’s immune boosting too.

Following the session, there will be blankets, hot water bottles and hot drinks around a fire, and some time to reflect on your cold-water therapy.

Wetsuits are available to hire, but are not a requirement.

Suitable for all adults, seasoned cold-water swimmers and beginners alike. Not suitable for children.

If you gave already booked onto our sold out morning session, unfortunately we are not able to swap your ticket to this session.
