Timings

9:45am: Meet, greet and information about the day

10am: Welcome and workshop begins with a short breathwork session and an introduction to Indian Head Massage

11am: Get hands-on and begin to learn the basics

1pm: Lunch from Hawarden Estate Farm Shop

2pm: Time to say goodbye

All equipment (aside from personal towels), food and drink throughout the day is provided.
