An encouraging morning of runs, carries and functional movements.
Join Robin, from Farm Fit Club, this spring as he leads a small group session designed to have you leaving The Walled Garden on a high.
Each part of the session is customisable to your level and experience; this truly is open to all!
You’ll run together, carry together (weights optional), and encourage one another during this fun and engaging workout.
After the action, Robin will lead a cooldown and breathwork session, before you head to The Terrace overlooking The Walled Garden for a continental breakfast from our award-winning Hawarden Estate Farm Shop: fresh yogurt and granola, daily pastries, fruit platters and unlimited teas and filter coffee.
All equipment, food and and drink is provided.

9.20am: Breathwork and warm up
9.30am: Class begins
10.30am: Class finishes
10.45am: Breakfast served
11.30am: Goodbyes
